About /
A differentiated multifamily project in Columbus' Warehouse District, its newest offering aims to draw upon the historic texture of urban development from early in the city’s history, while pushing the limits of traditional wood frame + podium construction.
Urbanistically, the massing and architectural posture is punctuated by a rugged brick shell that supports outdoor terraces, and civic-scaled thresholds into the building’s interior. An upper mass pulls back to allow for prefabricated balconies and a textural facade that contrasts with its base. Underscoring crafted masonry detail in and around the district, the building follows suit in pursuit of materials that are scaled for people, and rich with character.
With a residential experience tailored for a more seasoned urban dweller, the building offers non-traditional unit planning, and unconventional community spaces that cater to being together, vs. simply providing amenities. Bespoke community spaces include a Hi-Fi Lounge for music enthusiasts and the relaxed Lo-Fi Lounge for unwinding. A dedicated dog walk and convenient parking at the podium level enhance the sense of community and exclusivity. With 131 units, this building harmoniously combines personal sanctuaries and vibrant shared spaces, embracing the spirit of the Warehouse District and urban life, while fostering connections among its diverse residents.
